Why we exist

The small-dollar lending industry in the United States is broken. Triple-digit APRs, rolling balloon payments, and fee structures designed to trap borrowers in perpetual debt are the rule, not the exception. For decades, the only alternative to a predatory payday storefront has been… nothing at all.

We built Money Loan Capital for the tens of millions of Americans who need a few hundred dollars to cover a car repair, a medical bill, or a late rent payment and who deserve a financial product that treats them like adults. Our loans are structured as fixed-payment installment loans, priced at an APR we openly publish and proudly defend, with no fees designed to surprise you.

We started Money Loan Capital with a single commitment: if it is a cost, it is in the APR. That single sentence — enforced by federal law, by Apple's App Store rules, and by our own product engineering — is the bedrock of how we operate.

Our standards

Every loan we originate meets or exceeds the highest consumer-protection standards in the industry. In practice, that means:

• Maximum all-inclusive APR of 35.99%, below the Military Lending Act ceiling and the Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.2.5 ceiling.
• Minimum repayment term of 61 days, meaning no loan can be structured as a payday loan or any other short-fuse product.
• No balloon payments, no variable rates, and no mandatory arbitration clauses that waive your right to participate in a class action.
• Full compliance with the Truth in Lending Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Military Lending Act, and all applicable state laws.
