This Privacy Policy describes how Money Loan Capital, LLC ("Money Loan Capital," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit mlc-advance.com, use any Money Loan Capital mobile application, apply for or hold a loan with us, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). It also explains the choices you have and the rights you may exercise over your information.

We are a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"). Because of that, our use and sharing of your nonpublic personal information is governed primarily by the GLBA and not by most state "general" privacy laws. Where state law does apply in addition to the GLBA (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act for certain data), we follow it.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information to operate our Services and offer you credit:

• Identifiers and application data. Name, address, email, phone, date of birth, Social Security number, driver's license or state ID, employment status, employer, income, and loan purpose.
• Financial information. Bank account and routing numbers (provided directly or via a third-party bank-linking service such as Plaid), loan account history, payment history, and credit reports and scores we obtain from consumer reporting agencies.
• Device and usage data. IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps. We collect this via cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.
• Communications. Records of your phone calls, chats, emails, and support requests with us. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance as disclosed at the beginning of the call.
• Location data. Approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location from our website.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Process your application, evaluate creditworthiness, and originate and service your loan.
• Verify your identity and protect against fraud, money laundering, and other unlawful activity.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulatory reporting obligations, including the Truth in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Service your account, including processing payments, issuing disclosures, and reporting to consumer reporting agencies.
• Communicate with you about your account, our Services, and (if you have not opted out) relevant marketing offers.
• Improve our Services, our website, and our underwriting models.

3. How we share your information

We share your information only as described below:

• Service providers. Identity verification vendors, credit bureaus, bank-account verification providers, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support platforms, and similar service providers, under contracts that restrict their use of your information to the services they provide to us.
• Affiliates. Entities under common ownership or control with Money Loan Capital, LLC, for the purposes described in this policy.
• Credit bureaus. Nationwide consumer reporting agencies, to whom we report account and payment history.
• Legal and regulatory. Courts, regulators, or other government authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights, the rights of our customers, or the public.
• Corporate transactions. Potential or actual acquirers of our business, subject to confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third parties' independent direct-marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure site traffic, and detect fraud. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Services may not function without them. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor the Global Privacy Control signal where applicable.

5. Your choices and rights

• Marketing communications. Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message, or reply STOP to marketing text messages. Transactional messages (servicing, legal disclosures) will still be sent as required.
• GLBA opt-out. Because we do not share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes, there is no GLBA "opt-out" right that would be triggered for you.
• State privacy rights. Residents of certain states (for example, California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah) may have additional rights with respect to limited categories of personal information not regulated by the GLBA. To exercise these rights, email privacy@mlc-advance.com.
• Access and correction. Log in to your account to view and update most account information, or contact us for help.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you and thereafter for periods required by applicable law, regulatory retention schedules, and our legitimate business needs (including audit, accounting, and dispute resolution).

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal information, consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Services. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
